I have a savings account with Nedbank and for the past few months since Sept2012 I requested random over the counter statements. I then pick up that R430-00 was deducted on 1st of the month and then again at end of the month so I was being debited R860-00 for the month. 5xR430 deducted
I asked my wife to check it out and she with her persistance with the nedbank personal loans dept call center found that I was debited for someone elses personal loan.
After a few calls, they finally refunded only 2 payments.
Its been a few weeks now and still to date Nedbank has not paid back the balance.
Ive been dealing with Estelle from Nedbank kenilworth who has been very helpful and even she cant get them to give back my money. She has so many different ref nr from the personal loans call center its just not funny.
I have just about had it with Nedbank and I bet if I owed them the money, I would be paying interest and I would probably have had a letter of demand by now or a warrant.of execution!!!
Nedbank I want my money go and get the client that took the loan to pay you back.
