I bought my wife a car and let Budget know about it. i send them the info of the vehicle seeing that i was already on their system.i also ask them to contact me via e-mail seeing that i am out of the country. with the info was the car dealers e-mail stating that if they need any info they could contact him. this was suppose to be a anniversary and Christmas give.
they contacted my wife trying to get detail from her and she contacted me to find out what I am up to. I contacted Peggy again which in turn blames an assistant. I told her yet again not to contact her seeing that i said that they must have made a mistake, just to be contacted by my wife apologizing for contacting her about the car i bought for my wife.
Very unprofessional and i actually feel like changing insurance Company.
