On Fri (3/5) I saw a 2012 KIA RIO and contacted the Atterbury office. I then took the vehicle for a test drive the afternoon. I req the fin appl forms and req that Andr? get a Settlement Letter for my trade-in. On Sat morning I sent my completed appl form as well as all other req docs through via e-mail. I again visited the dealership Sat afternoon with my wife and again went for a test drive. Andr? confirmed that he had received a settlement amount from my bank. On Mon Andr? confirmed that they will settle my trade-in. Marie confirmed that my finance was pre-approved and gave me the info over the phone. I was unable to write it down as she was in such a hurry that I asked her to e-mail me all the options in order to make a decision. I then started spelling my e-mail address and she stopped me stating she has it on my form. After not receiving any information I contacted Andr? today (7/5) and I was then forwarded the e-mail of which my surname was incorrectly spelled the previous day. I confirmed that I want the vehicle and asked 2 more questions as additions was added that I did not ask for. I was contacted by Andr? tonight stating that the Rio was sold. I have the required detail
