Budget (Term means Extremley Poor Service)

My Wife recently phoned Budget to replace our windscreen, as it was hit by a rock and began to crack.
Budget was helpful at first, arranging the people of the Windscreen to come and fix it as they did, however, after a week of the windscreen installation, the first rain came, and to our surprise, there was rain coming in by the side of the Windscreen, which resulted in some wires under the dashboard being damaged and being wet, so when she phoned Budget, they said they will send the people again to come and have a look, but when they came, they even said the people who did the windscreen installation, did a wrong job, so it was back and forth, with my wife phoning them and still not getting a proper response, so they send out the Assessor, who checks if the windscreen was fitted properly, and he to, was amazed it wasn't fitted properly, so he send his report to budget, again, falling to respond and my wife phoning them continuously still not getting a proper answer, when she phoned them eventually, they said they will send out someone, but when they came to replace the screen and still to date, nothing has happen, I told my wife that we should cancel rathe
