Contract undertaken under false pretences

In July 2007, I was contacted by Valerie about Prokard offer. After lsitening to her, I told her that I will consult with my wife first. When I got home, I was surprised that she had also been contacted by Valerie. We discussed it and was undecided.

A week later, I was again contacted by Valerie. I told her I will confirm with my wife and she then said she had already spoke to my wife and my wife agreed. Thinking nothing suspicious, I accepted the contract as my wife had been previously contacted by Valerie. When I went home, my wife was unaware of being called and did not agree. The next day I called Valerie and she said she could not cancel as it was already processed.

We decided to keep the card. Over a year later, we was again contacted by Prokard to renew contract. This really surprised me as there was no mention of expiry date on contract. I made effort to contact Prokard and eventually in 6th of February 2009, I sent an e-mail to Kim Kilpatrick.

To this day, I have not received any response. For a further 2 years, I receive calls to UPGRADE card at a price.

I have read all brouchures sent to me and no where does it state that it has an expiry date.
