Iam putting a complaint about my wife insurance company, this month in Tswane we had a hail and it has destroyed my wife car, Auris 1.6, they made the arrangement with us and they came to collect the car, by that time on the 01.12.2013 when we called them they told us to go to Budget to get a courtesy for 30 days, we both have planned to use the car for 30 days, this week my wife received a call telling her that the car has been written off and they have already settle her debts with MFC, my problem is, we where promised a car for 30 day and only yesterday she received a sms saying she need to bring the car back because they have settle the car and she need to make a plan to get another car? our aggrement was 30 days, just because she doesnt have business with them, they are not willing to cover her? i told her not to give the car back because 30 days its not over, its like they have used her like a condom, after all this years paying her insurance is this what we get? im disappointed with them, when u call them no one answer the phone, we called 011 710 0528 and 0117100552 :Please call my wife and amend your breach of contract. contact: Sharon Bongiwe, ID 8512020879082:P/N 55702271
