Can not claim vouche

My wife has a Afrizone voucher, which she claimed from a Vodacom promotion.
I contacted Afrizone to activate the voucher, they advised that only my wife could 'call in' to activate the voucher.
My wife phoned Afrizone 5 times to activate the voucher, everyone gave her a different story. On the 5th day, the call centre agent advised that someone would call my wife back. It is now 3 weeks later & still no call back. My wife contacted Vodacom to advise them of the matter & Vodacom could not assist. I would find this bridge of CPA. My wifes contact : 0824938937
