I have contacted Budget Insurance 4 times since May 2013 regarding my central locking that was damaged by Roadrunner locksmith when my key was retrieved from my car using a metal rod which is just plain unprofessional. Every time the call centre person said they will send the request to the claims department that will contact me and they never do. Please fix my car that was damaged by your supplier. I have the policy number. Please contact me on the number provided as my wife is working and cannot answer.
