On 25 October I was scamed at Nedbank ATM in Noordwyk Shell garage, I called the police who came to the scene and called nedbank to close my account. I then went to the bank and filled the forms to claim my money back and I was told that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to investigate and i will be given feedback. On 31 October I called Nedbank and was transferred to a lady who told the investigation normaly takes 21 days but i will have feedback latest on friday 8/11/2013. I only received a call from them once on the 26/10/2013 to tell me that the people who has my card were still trying to withdraw money at one of the ATM's in midrand. That was the last time i heard from them. Why are they not calling me as they have my details and as per their promise, am i the one who must call them on a daily basis to tell them how to their job, they told me not to go to the police again and they are not doing anything at all. Why should investigation took so long, the garage has the video footage of which i was also allowed to look at. What more info do they need, if they are doing their jobs very well they should have as well got everything they need to finalize this. Incompetent staff and bad service.
