INVESTIGATION OF A ACCOUNT

Someone opened an account at Nedbank in May/June 2013 using my identity. I submitted all the supporting documents to assist in the investigation as proof I was not that person. I keep calling and I am told the matter is still being investigated. It has been 3 months now and I still have not received any feedback regarding this investigation.

My credit record will be affected as another bank is relying on the outcome of this investigation to conclude their investigation regading another loan account of the same status.
