Around end September I went to Nedbank to close my account.
I filled in some forms, and told the clerk I want the remaining funds to be transferred to my other account at Nedbank.
This has not happened. You took the money.
This is also the case with my credit card I closed around beginning of October.
But on this one I can see the account is still open, and I am sure you are going to want to first charge all the fees you can before you the remaining amount. How long does it take to close an account?
The person on the phone (I phoned from Irene Branch) said it will be during the next week.
