Nedbank is my money

The Nedbank ATM is more often out of service, than in a working order.
I went to withdraw, and without even asking me the pni, it just swallowed my card.
Nowhere is there any numbers to call, so I called the nearest branch, and after spoken to several people, who keep putting me on hold, I eventually gave up after a women told me, I have to drive through and collect another card. Already spend R30-00 on telephone calls, I must now drive 60 km to collect a card.
So drove there the next day, and waiting for 10 min for a lady to finish her private call, for her to told me I have to go to inquiries to close my account, after waiting in the queueing for some time, they went off line, so 2 days later I returned to close my account and withdraw what was left in it, due to there ATM, that swallowed my card I now had to buy a new card for R50-00, just to withdraw, my own money. I told the lady I would like it refunded, as it is not my fault, she said I have to lodge a complaint.
Next I called there customer care line, and explain everything, the lady told me, they will get back to me within 24 hours. 2 weeks later, I still do not have my money!
