Nedabnk doesnt care about their custome

My account and card were accessed in December 2012.I reported this immediately when i found out at my Nearest Nedbank Branch carlswald ON THE 24 Dec.2012.I filled in the paper work and i was told there is nothing Nedbank can do for me and i will unfortunately spend my festive season without any money of assistance from Nedbank. I have not received ant feedback regarding the investigation up until last week (30 Jan 2013) when i went to the branch to go find out whats happening with my case. The branch hadnt received any feedback and when contacting the department the case was still under investigation. Until today no correspondence has been received from Nedbank and i continue to wait and try call the department to no avail.i was treated with coldness and no empathy, and no customer care what so ever. Its the 12/02/2013 and i still have no feedback or resolution to my case. I am frustrated and disappointed. Definately changing banks after this.
