My grand mother was using NEdbank and she passed on few weeks back and she was burried last week 23 March 2013. Today I went to the bank to try and withdraw the money she left on her Bank account as a beneficiary. only to be told that the money cannot be withdrawn and Nedbank will take the money.
Why Must Nedbank take that money? I mean its not Nedbanks money??? That money belongs to the family. On which right is Nedbank the lawfull beneficiary of my dead grandmother's moeny??? I am willing to fight this with all my might. If this is a poloicy then its a stupid policy. Really I need answers and I dont think people should use Nedbank if this bank will take its client's money left in their bank accounts if they pass on.
