I register a claim with my unsurance on the 7 Nov 2013 as they my tyres and and after i register a claim i have been receiving different information from the consultant i dont know whether they are arrogant or incompetant of doing their job and since then i have never received a positive feedback from my insurance and they keep on saying send more document but thanks to LERATO she help me a lot with my claim other are useless and the assessor phone twice that they will come and check my car but i was not suprise that he has not come and for sure this insurance excell with poor service and i dont know why they treat me like this while i still their client or they dont know service level to their client. I AM DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION AND THE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEM AND I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH AND I AM SICK OF TIRED OF THIS MADNESS
