My Nedbank card was cloned. As soon as I realised this, I stopped my card and went to my nearest Nedbank which is Malmesbury. There they gave me all the necessary dosumentaion to fill in and gave me a new card. I understand that a forensic investigation has to take place before I can get my money refunded. Unfortunenatly I didnt hear form Nedbank for two weeks. I went back to Nedbank Malmesbury several times only to be told every time that someone will phone or email me. A month went by and still no one contacted me. I phoned again, and I was told they will phone me back. Again no one phoned me back. I went in to the branch again after no one called me back and spoke to Richard. Again, I was promised that he will phone me the following Monday, as I was there on the Saturday. As usual he did not phone. Then I want to the Internet and made a comlaint because no one can tell me what is happening, and I was told they will look into the account and get back to me shortly with feedback... as you can guess no one got back to me with any feedback. I pay banking fees for this not to happen, I need the money that was in my account, Nedbank obviusoly does not care about that.
