Misleading Information

Firstly, I was called by the call centre and was told that I qualify for X amount. I was then told to go to the branch with my documentation. I told the agent that my salary goes into my husbands account due to the fact that I was unemployed for some time and my account was closed. He then told me that it will not be a problem, I must take along with me my husbands payslips and he don't forsee a problem. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes.

Secondly, I don't understand why Beares advertise three options when they no longer offer it! That is misleading and false advertising at its worst!

I have now opened up my own banking account and changed it at work. So how long do I have to wait now to apply? Why cant I just take his bankstatement and mine when I receive my first wage in my account? I understand the fact that they can't debit his account for my debt but I have now opened my own account so how long will I have to wait because I have payslips that confirms my employment!

Lastly, please update your contact information because I have tried to mail to various addresses, yet to no avail!
