I'm a very upset and disappointed client, i had an account with African Bank for so long and the service i receive from them is so bad and misleading.they sent me sms's on my phone to say i qualify to increase my limit on my credit card and i also qualify for a loan and when i call their call centre and get rude agents they tell me i dont qualify... whats that?? yesterday i called again to get a break on my loan istallment for a month as i never ever skipped payment and i have a finacial problem they tell me that i dont qualify, in which grounds they cant explain... i'm so off and i cant wait to close this account and go to people like Capitec and Standard bank that care and understand their clients problems. what i nned them to tell me is that have i ever had an RD on my acc or what???
