Applied for a credit card sent all info required through was told it would be 3-5 working days after a week I get told that they do not have my documents so they didnt process the order. Call the call center and after an argument with an employee there it was established they did have my documents but it would take another 2-5 working days. call in today again call center tells me the card has been delivered to my branch I can go through and pick it up. Drive all the way from johannesburg to my branch in Pretoria Hatfield. Upon arriving there I am told no cards have been delivered and no cards will be delivered until later next week. I should come back on firday next week and check. My application with this company is taking longer to process than it would take me to get an american greencard. absolutely useless. On a side note FNB vehicle insurance is also a ripoff of note delivered by a company that is terribly overrated. Better to bank with my mattress than this place. My original application was made on the 14th October. My 3 to 5 work day according to fnb will be 13-15 work days "if im lucky"
