WHAT HAPPENED? ONE report per Supplier will be accepted in a 5 day period.
I opened an account and it was approved. I then decided that I really do not need the account and will rather close it. I then called the call centre as I have not activated the account or received a card. To my surprise they told me I must pay the account as it is active and I could not understand why must I pay for admin fees and magazine which I was not told about when I opened this acccount. To cut the long story short I paid R60 at The Glen and I was told to call after 24 hours to ensure that it has been closed. I called and they confirmed that this account is closed. To my surprise when I wanted to apply for a bond I am told that this account is in areas and I owe R40. Ackermans please sort yourself as I am not going to pay this R40 and I wnat my name to be cleared. I magine applying for a bond of R3M and you are told about the lousy R40 that is decreasing my credit score. Can someone call me so that this is rectified. I really do not have time and energy to call your call centre.
