I VERY DISPOINTED WITH FNB, JANUARY 2011 I TOOK A LOAN WITH FNB IT WAS FOR R 60000.00 AND I HAVE TO PAY STALLMENT OF R 3045.88 A MONTH FOR 36 MONTH SINCE I TOOK ALONE I NEVER MISSED ANY PAYMENT ACCORDING TO MY CONTRACT THEY GIVE ME BRAKE EACH AND EVERY JANUARY NOW GOT BRAKE TWICE FIRST IT WAS JANUARY 2012 AND JANUARY 2013 ACCORDING TO MY CALCULATION MY LAST INSTALMENT ITS THE 25 OF MARCH 2014 BUT TO MY SUPRISE WHEN I CALL THEM TODAY THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE THE 24 OF MAY 2014 WHY MUST I PAY EXTRA 2 MONTHS, AND WHATS ME OFF I NEVER RECEIVE STATMENT SINCE I HAD THAT LOAN BUT GOT PROVE THAT MY DEBIT ODER HAS BEEN GOING THROUGH SUCCESFULY AND I NEED THE DETAILS OF THE CONSULTANT WHO HELPED ME THE TIME I TOOK A LOAN, TRUST ME FNB AM GOING TO OMBADS MAN I KNOW MY RIGHTS AS CUSTOMER, I CONSIDER AMY ACCOUNT CLOSED WITH YOU, I NEED SOMEONE HIGHER TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATLY ON 0116712539 OR AM LOGGING MY COMPLAINT WITH OMBUDS MAN.
