Incorrect address

I opened an account online, followed the procedure. I have seen that the wrong address (5 Qui street) is on my statement. It is a previous address that I no longer use. In fact I stopped using it before I opened the account. Even though I supplied the documentation with my correct details (5 Ea D), this has not been fixed. As I understand it to open an account you need proof of residence no older than 3months, and I have nothing with the previous address. I brought this to Ndumiso's attention who just told me to take my documents to a branch. I don't have time to go to a branch to rectify his mistake. He is the one who took all my details and opened the account for me. I have tried emailing him and he has not replied with whether or not he has fixed this. When I call in, the security check confirms the correct address but on my statement it is incorrect. Not sure if he is to blame or not but I opened the account with him, brought it to his attention but all he has done is ignore me.
