Bank Detection Unit Not Answering phone?

I cannot believe someone? cloned my Credit Card buying items at two different places.
On Sunday 13th Oct 2012 at 11.34am I bought items for R321.57 from a vegetable shop, Glen Marais Kempton Park. At 11.45am someone bought R399.99 worth of goods from JET Ke Yarong, @ 1.01pm for R2749.50 from Shoprite? Maripeng in total R3149.49. I immediately phoned 0860 123 107 to report this and was put through to Squad 0800 222 050 I spoke to Francina who gave me a case number and told me that they will phone me soon. NOW - I still have ALL my cards which never left my possession. No-one knows my pin numbers. I phoned the Squad yesterday spent time holding on, & today in all 2 hours they did not answer all you get is music and pre-recorded tape telling you to "hold on your call will be answered". Please jack up your service to the public, answer your phones you cannot be busy on the phone the whole day. Please pay my money back into my account today because I did not commit the someone else did. You can come and see my cards are still on me; I also have 8 people as witnesses who were with me the whole day, & during my shopping.
