Recovery of money deposited in the wrong account

On the 19th September, went to Absa branch in Vaal Mall, to check whether Insurance paid the money in my Mom, s Absa acc, money was available, and I asked her about safe available options, I then informed her that I would prefer to use the Standard bank, and asked how does the system work, and she further indicated the advantages of electronic transfer as the safest method, and cost effective, and it only takes 2 working days the money will be available at the other Bank.
I agreed to go ahead with the electronic transfer, and gave her the account number, my name, and she proceeded with the transaction. Two days and many more passed without sms notification that the money has been successfully transferred. I then went to Standard bank to inquire, no deposit were reflecting on my account and the account number on the receipt was wrong had one digit missing. Myself and my Mom went to inquire at the nearest Absa Vanderbijlpark branch in town, and reported the matter, Absa started tracing process, my concern is, I appreciate their efforts, but I need money desperately whiles the bank continues with the tracing.
