IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT DEPARTMENT

On Sunday 4 Aug at 2am I was imformed by the credit department that somebody took R10804.06 out of my credit card account-(the card is in my safe). I phoned them and my card was stopped, was helped immediately by a very friendly Patrick that time of the morning-(I just returned from a trip to Mozambique). I was told the credit department will phone me within 3 working days. I went to the bank on Monday morning and had to make a phone call to have my credit card replaced because the other card was blocked which is still in my posession. Today I tried to phone the department at 011 227 4905, it is virtually impossible to get hold of them, was on the line holding for rougly 35 miniutes, phoned 011 641 6114 and the lady said I must phone the first number because she cant give me any information regarding the investigation, I phoned the number again and this time was holding for 1hour17 minutes-no answer. Phoned 011 641 6114 again, sorry-they cant help me, phoned the dept again-after 20 minutes I gave up. PLEASE- what on earth is going on-I just would like to know who my money and what is going on with the investigation???
