Get my Gold credit Card validated to use

Lucky me had my handbag on 21/01/2014nso naturally cards needs to be blacklisted and replaced. FNB took 2 days, Standard Bank 5 days but ABSA couldn't get it done up until today. Received an sms my cards are available at Central Avenue (I have 2 cards - gold and silver with a garage card attached to the silver card) Received my silver and petrol card on Monday 3/2/2014 but was told that my gold card is in Glen Marais. Rushed back to Glen Marais who found that the card is indeed with Central Ave. Back again to Central Ave. Here I received my card and went through the activation process just to find that the pin was rejected the same day at a pay point. Tuesday 4/2/2014 went back to Glen Marais who says team Central Ave. did not activate the chip. Went through validation again. Went to Clicks next door to see if card works but was again rejected. Went back to Glen Marais who said that this must be an internal error and Absa is working on it. Today 5/2/2014 the card was rejected again.
Now - ABSA PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ONCE AND FOR ALL. I am really getting annoyed being shown away at pay points by having my card rejected - SO PLEASE ABSA!!!
