So Music, SOS Squad, MILC and PhoneBox all are from the same company and have debited my account with me CLEARLY stating over the phone I do not want anything activated until I do so myself.
I phoned in today to cancel this subscription but this is not where I will leave it.
I expect someone to phone me promptly and supply me with the recorded call made on that day of your so call "sale made".
This can not always be a case of "ok I will refund your money". What about the people not realizing this is what is being done.
I expect a phone call asap to attend to this issue and my legal right is access to that recorded phone call. If this is not supplied to me drastic steps will have to be taken.
