My Samsung S3 has frozen then Ive called callsure and they told me to take the Samsung S3 to a MTN store. Then the people of MTN told me. The can have a look at the Samsung S3 but I am responsible for the account. I have told them. Callsure is responsible for the account. The I called Callsure again and i let the people of mtn talk to Imanual. And after all the talking on my account. 30 min they told me callsure will collect the Samsung S3 from me. After a day I called Callsure again. After 2days they collect the Samsung S3 from me. Callsure told me 72 houres. After 72 houers I called Callsure again. Imanaul told me the Samsung S3 has been fixed and Callsure will deliver the Samsung S3 to me. After 3days. Then Imanual told me. My samsung has visical damage. Then I have told them but the Samsun S3 has frozen. After a day I called Callsure again. Imanual told me the Samsung has a software problem. Imanual told me the Phone will be ready the next day. After 2 days I called Callsure again to find out where my Samsung is then Imanaul told me the phone has water damage. Now there is 3 different stories. Now I must wait again for 72 houers then Callsure will decide to fix the Samsung S3.
