POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent in my Samsung Galaxy 7.0 tablet for which Callsure is still in debiting my account every month for the premium. It's been 2 full weeks that they keep making empty promises. I have seen so many complaints on hello peter and thought it was a joke. Emmanuel, prudence ALL keep lying to me about ETA on my device. This is what they all say: "Sir, your device will be delivered to you tomorrow"
I am cancelling my policy with THEM and wouldn't advise anyone to take on any insurance with them as you will cry when something goes wrong with your device.
Their initial ETA on repairs: 3 to 4 working days. FROM .
