I am trying to speak to a Human to advise them I would like to cancel my contract but I don't remember the number of this contract - it is a small data contract which I don't use - I received a call yesterday to ask if I wanted to upgrade this and I said no - but I don't remember the number so of course calling in when the system asks the question I cannot proceed any further.
