Hi, I do not remember the names of the people I spoke to. But the problem is that I am on callsure insurance for my phone. Callsure has debited my account twice for the insurance. Now all of a sudden I receive an sms from them telling me they cannot debit because they did not get permission to. This was shocking to me as they have debited twice already. Fine End October/Beginning November I waited for them to debit and they did not. I called them spoke to a lady whom I told about the problem, she was not understanding so I asked to speak to her manager. The manager did then call me and I explained the problem, she understood and was to come back to me but has never did. The message they sent me says my callsure insurance has been cancelled, so I am afraid I am not insured yet they took my money on two accounts.
