On the 25 September 2013 Nedbank they debited my account 3 times, the loan amount that is R3971 they've done that twice and R700 that was arranged with Nedbank that they can deduct every month. All of a sudden Lebo tells me that if they refund full amount that was debited by error my arrangement of R700 will have to be increased like who's fault is it. The only time they can refund my money back is in 48 hours I've got debit orders that go off this account already some of them are not paid. I must pay for the bank interest, is not the first time Nedbank gave me bad service I'm so tired of this and I want my funds back to my account today still.
Maybe I should take my business somewhere else and leave Nedbank the service just makes me sick. And you hold for a long time I mean it's their fault but I'm paying the price, phone call and bank charges.
