Last month I made a purchase of a new contract phone for my son who is studying, I wanted To Suprise him when he got home from college, so I purchased a new phone from cell C contact last Month I received it earlier this month, the phone I received was not the phone I wanted as I wanted Huawei p50, the phone I got was totally wrong low quality of camera low space it doesn't do nothing, as I don't really know phones well I thought everything was in order and I didn't open the package as I trusted cell C service until the 20th of August when my son was back home and I wanted to Suprise him than Boom he noticed and asked what kind of a Phone is this I told it a Huawei than he says no and he reads the name of a phone its a "Cubot p60" totally a wrong package! I've been trying to call and get help to change the package and get the correct one but I'm not getting any help all the agents are not helping I'm really disappointed and would really like for this matter to be sorted out as soon as possible because this phone cubot p60 is R2000 and the phone I will be paying for is 10000 so which means if this doesn't get resolved earlier I will be robbed but if you guys Don't respond to this message I will block you guys from touching any Of my money in the bank.
I will be happy if the matter is sorted and I get the correct package.
