I insured my Samsung S2 with CallSure last year 2012. This year in December I lost my phone and did everything required. When I phoned Finrite they told me all Procedures required. Which I did. Not once did the call centre agents inform me that my policy lapsed in January. I paid excess fee of R608, 10 as required and still no one said anything. I was dealing with Linda Mphahlele. A few days later when called again Prudence Tukula told me that my policy lapsed in January.
How does my policy lapse and Callsure/Finrite doesn't send me an sms or letter to this effect? This is unfair business practice. Now I am stuck without a phone while I was given the impression that I am covered. CallSure/Finrite has given me the worst service ever.
