I am utterly DISGUSTED with Vodacom. Earlier in the year I received an email stating that I would be automatically moved to a 150meg fiber line as Frogfoot apparently no longer offered the 50meg package I was already on. I phoned Vodacom and said I REFUSE to be upgraded and opted to rather downgrade to a 40meg package for R619 per month. I was PROMISED no surprise bills. In May this year Vodacom had the audacity to deduct 3X the amount and "automatically" started billing for an ADDITIONAL 150meg line WHICH I MADE CLEAR I DID NOT AGREE TO AND DID NOT WANT! Multiple tickets were logged and to date I received 0 feedback. I was told at the end of May they would sort this nonsense out and refund the money back into my bank account and the agent has the audacity to tell me it's going to be difficult to get my money back. It was not my error in the first place and now they want me to pay for their mistake! I Have never been so sickened with such poor service in all my life. They have NO RIGHT to automatically upgrade ones line without their permission AFTER I explicitly told them NO! Low and behold I wake up to yet another ridiculous bill amount because it STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED! I am giving Vodacom 2 days to sort out this mess otherwise I will be taking legal action. I am now plain GATVOL of their excuses. I have all of the recordings of every single interaction with them from this year and all of their false promises and lies. Vodacom is robbing their customers blind and customer service is absolutely USELESS.
