I took out a contract phone for my daughter, and with it Callsure insurance. I have paid this insurance evry month since the contract started almost 18 months ago.
I wanted to claim for the phone which was whilst on holidai in Margate KZN. The was reported to SAPS in Margate. They did not take down an avidavit. Now Callsure requires me to drive 1, 500km to Margate and back to make an avidavit and provide them with a copy. This is obviously not going to happen.
Callsure is making it impossible for me to claim, and therefor willfully collected premiums from me, well knowing that they will make it impossible to claim. This in itself is.
I will replace the phone at my own cost, but I want EVERY CENT Callsure collected from me back. EVERY CENT
