Unauthorized debit

I am EXTREMELY irate... My account was debited without consent, sent numerous emails, called several times, spoke to countless agents with absolutely no joy of query being resolved. When refunds are requested, waiting period of FIVE DAYS is expected from us??? I didn't place an order, I never received a parcel yet im battling to get my money back??? This debit has placed me in financial predicament that I most definitely did not agree to??? Completely unacceptable
