2 weeks and no response

My cellphone was and I reported it to the police and Callsure within the prescribed time period.

I paid in the 50% of the value of my cell phone that was as I claimed within 2 months after signing up with Callsure.

I corresponded with a employee of Finrite and he assured me that my claim has been authorized and that my iPhone 5 will be delivered to me.

It's been two weeks after I've paid in my cash and haven't heard a thing from Callsure / Finrite. I tried to call Callsure but nobody answers the phone.

This is ridiculous as I pay for an iPhone 5 - contract but don't have an iPhone 5.

I want to know WHEN I will receive my new iPhone 5, as I'm fed up of waiting. This act of Callsure / Finrite is unprofessional and is an act of.
