On 26 september about 13:15 I was at the standard bank teller try to get R4000 the teller gave me my card backbut not my money for about 10min the atm just hangs and then restarts stil no money as I went in to standard bank they said they can only log a complaint and it whould take 15 working days to get my money as I feel it was not my fault and they are liable for the money and extra intrest that can come due to me can't pay my rent now I need this sorted out please.
