I have insurance from Callsure for both my girlfriend and my cellphone. Its a Samsung Galaxy Siii and my gf's phone accidentally fell and the screen doesn't work now. She really needs the phone but when I phone Callsure they put the phone down in my ear as soon as I say I want to claim. You better get back to me or get us a new Siii cause I'm tired of this lazy non delivery of service.
