I phoned 24Hour Mobility insurance on the 1st of October 2013 to lodge a claim, spoke to Rosetta who promised to send me the claim forms on Tuesday 01/10/2013. Till today i haven't received the form, on Thursday 03/10/2013 i sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] requesting claim forms till today no response or feedback. Like really??? What kind of service is this? The next thing my claim is going to be deemed late or something, this is unacceptable this is not how you threat your customers! Can someone please attend to my request.
