None payment while I paid more

I have a credit card with Absa and according to my knowledge my payment date is the 28th of every month. I got a call from Absa on the 25th the agent asked when I am going to make a payment of R95 on my account and as far as I know I made a payment of R950 (over the required amount) 2 weeks before. I called the call centre and 1 of your other agents calculated everything 4 me and also advised that the call was just a reminder my acc is up to day. Now today I get a later saying my acc payment is late, after I made another payment. This is I tell you fix it ASAP
