24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Appalling service: please attend to my claim

My name is Lungile Mlotshwa, I have been a client of 24hour Mobility / Admin Plus/ Pinnacle Marketing for a few years now. I insured an iPad 2 with them last year April and I have been paying my monthly premiums.
On Tuesday I filled out a claim form for my broken iPad. I was called by a gentleman called Ismaeel and he said they have no record of my iPad being insured with them. I then called Pinnacle Marketing and they emailed me a policy schedule, which I then forwarded to Ismaeel. Its been 2days, despite my effort to fasttrack this claim by proving 24hour mobility with the policy and nothing has been done. I do not even have a claim number!!!
Ismaeel is still saying the policy does not exist, despite forwarding me an email from Pinnacle confirming it does. I sent an email to Danlia Wiener, apparently she is the manager: she has not acknowledged ot responded to my 2 emails requesting her assistance. I'm honestly disappointed by such appalling customer service. I need my iPad repaired, and instead I am being given the run around.
Could somebody please assist me?? I don't know what to do, I have called, emailed and still, this company clearly doesn't care about its paying customers.
