I am so irritated. The PCB board in my cellphone burnt out while it was charging. I took it in to mtn they sent it away and came back saying its not repairable i need to put through a claim with my insurance. This was 3 months ago. No one came back to me to say the claim was declined each time i called i had to resubmit the forms and follow up. I was referred to Porsche, Donovan and Bronwyn (managers or so they say) but each time i called they would not be available. All the while the insurance is debiting my account for the insurance premium for a phone i cant even use. Today i call the insurance to cancel they still have a cheeck to tell me the debit order will still go off incase the phone gets lost. How the can you loose a useless phone and when i asked must i now loose the phone in order for the claim to pay out the lady got all defensive. 24hour mobility rips people off they kept me hanging for 3 months all the while debiting my account. If i didnt call to find out how to cancel i would not have known its declined and they would still be debiting my account till thy kingdom come!!!
