How is it possible that i have to be sent from pillar to post to submit my insurance claim because all MTN stores can only assist with 24 hour mobility but not with MTN insurance
I use to be with 24hour mobility but your call centre advised me MTN Insurance is better but yet none of your stores can process a claim i have been sent from Randfontein To Clearwater To 14th Avenue that was closed when i got there
I need someone to email me and arrange with me so that i can send them the claim forms via email
The MTN service is not as it use to be and i will not be continuing my contract as soon as it has expired
