CHQ ACC ALMOST 2 YRS OLD, STILL NO EMBOSSED CARD!!

My acc is almost 2 years old if not older - and I still don't have my proper GOLD embossed card...
I have sent a secure message to the branch before and was told that someone will call me but im still waiting!

really bad service guys! I need my proper embossed card - afterall im paying for it!
