I since put through a claim with 24hr Mobility for a lost cellphone in October and they have been giving me the run around each time i cantact them to find out the status of my claim. They tell me that they are awaiting management determination on my claim each time and that they will contact me back which never happens until i contact them again. I have given them all the documents they required in October already. I feel like their strategy is to frustrate me and prolong my claim till i give up and forget about it. this is the worst service ive ever had from any service provider. MTN should reconsider using them to insure their client's phones all they do is frustrate us. This is pathetic. I want 24hr Mobility to pay out my claim, i have been prejudiced enough, i just want my claim to be paid out.
