No answer from call centre and confused agents

On the 08/11/ 2013 i went to the mtn store to report that my iPhone was and what was the process to claim from the insurance. Unfortunately that day i was travellig to china and didnt have any documents with. I was however able to block my sim card and was told by the mtn agent, not to worry and will be able to sort out the matter when i returned. When i did returned which was a week later, at the same mtn in OR Tambo International airport i was given a claim for 24Hour mobility claim form, i submited the claim on the 21/11/2013.A week later when i called 24 hour mobility insurance i was told that i dont have insurance with them but to conact mtn.
When i called mtn, i was given their insurance call centre number, firstly the number is not a toll free number and secondly there is never an answer from the number. So you run around like a head less chicken calling to try and log in a claim over the phone. I was later advised to google and download the claim form of which did. I submited the claim on the 6th January and till to this day, i have never received any response from mtn.
