Went to enquire about a loan application, 25th September 2013. The lady who assisted me, did not seem to be interested at all I assisting. She helped just because it is her job. No greeting, just; "Give me your ID and documents".
She did not explain anything, she was just rude.
This is no the first bad service i have received from Nedbank.
Nedbank - 35 Rissik Street is even worse, I had queries on transactions on my account but no one could assist.
It is always full - Enquiries will have one consultant to assist a long line.
I am considering changing banks.
