Early debit orders

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and the agreed date for my debit order is the 25th of each month. This month the debits went off on the 20, leaving me with no money to get from or to work. I called Nedbank on friday and i was told by the consultant there is nothing she can do. I called again saturday, at least the consultant this time was friendly and assisted me. I requested for a refund, I was told that the money would be in my account by sunday, its monday and my money has still not been refunded. when i called today they say during the course of the day. Nedbank has inconvienced me and they dont even care. You are lucky if you get a agent on the line who does not have an attitude and is willing to assist. I always though highly of nedbanks service but i have just changed my mind. Im starting to look for other options so that i can get rid of Nedbank. So know i wonder if im even going to get my refund today, or should i just keep on borrowing money and have nothing left at the end of the month because nedbank does not know how to stick to an agreement...
